Parade Information

Check in begins by St. Paul’s Church, intersection of 6th Ave SW & 5th Street SW at 5 pm. Upon check in you will be given your parade number and instructions where to line up. Those requiring payment will receive checks at that time. The parade will end by Perham High School at 1st Ave. S & 5th Street SW.
IMPORTANT RULES:
The Turtle Fest Committee and/or the Perham Area Chamber of Commerce WILL NOT assume any responsibility or liability for accidents. All entry participants, including band members, are responsible for their own insurance, medical and liability. For those who need, please send a copy of your insurance with the registration form. (Motor vehicles/carriages/horses)
In the interest of safety, please DO NOT throw candy from moving float. You may have people walking along the route handing out candy, etc.
Parade officials will be located along the parade route. Cooperation with officials is required.
Any animal entries must provide their own clean-up crew immediately after the unit.
The parade committee has the right to use their discretion to accept or deny any entries.
