1. All raffle tickets are Free. One person can get one ticket if they are here by 6:00pm. Must be 21+ to enter drawing. One ticket will be held on to by the guest and one ticket will be dropped in the drawing. 

2. Only one ticket per person. Half of the ticket is held by the guest & the other half is entered. 

3. Every Tuesday the drawing will take place at 7 or 8pm at The Otter. One ticket is selected from the drawing at each time. The ticket holder, who must be present to win, will get to pick a number on the board with a card behind it to flip over. 

4. Drawing details. The ticket drawing at 7 or 8pm will get the chance to reveal the card that they have chosen on the board. If the Queen of Hearts is revealed that person will win 100% of the pot paid out by The Otter. If the Queen of Hearts is not revealed, no additional tickets will be drawn. Once a card is selected, it will be removed from play and shown face up on the board.

5. Jackpot Rules. The Queen of Hearts game pot starts with $1000 from The Otter. After each drawing, if the queen of hearts is not selected, total ticket counts are added to the pot for next week equal to $1 per ticket from The Otter. Additional Payouts listed above. The Winner also takes home the deck of cards. 

6. If there are 100 or more people in attendance at the drawing with tickets at 7pm Tuesdays, an additional $100 will be added by The Otter to the Queen of Hearts pot. The Amount will be rounded to the nearest 25 (if 109, rounded to $200 Total. If 115, rounded to $$225 Total)

7. Any employees for The Otter can play as long as they are not working after 5pm. If an employee of The Otter wins, That employee can only win Half of the Pot. The rest of the pot will be rolled into the Next Game. Employees of the Lions are eligible to win the entire pot.

8. No reserving tables in the bar or on the dance floor without managerial approval. No removing chairs from other tables without approval of service staff or management. Not adhering to this will result in not receiving an entry into the raffle.
