Experienced Finish Spray Technician

Position Summary:
The Finish Spray Technician will be responsible for applying stains, paints, and clear finishes to custom cabinetry and furniture components. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of finish materials and application methods, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of professional finish spraying experience in cabinetry, millwork, or furniture production.

-Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes.

-Understanding of various coatings, materials, and spray systems.

-Strong attention to detail, color matching, and surface preparation.

-Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
