Server Assistants:
-Prepping salads for dinner guests.
-Performing the finishing touches to completed dishes, such as adding garnishes and removing smudges.
-Keeping the cooking, storage, and prep areas clean, neat, and well-stocked
-Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs.
-Clean tables and set the table accordingly.
-Assist restaurant servers in serving the guests
-Cleaning and stocking bathrooms
-Assisting all staff as needed.
Position requires availability on nights and weekends. Approx. 15 hours a week.
Must be at least 15, but preferably 16, with a driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
The ideal candidate would be someone looking to earn extra money and/or gain experience in the service industry, who isn't involved in any extracurricular activities, is available on weekends, and can work well with others.
Bartender: Shifts generally start at 3:30pm-11pm(times may vary).
-Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
-Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
-Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
-Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
-Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
-Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
-Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills:
-Proven working experience as a bartender
-Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
-Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
-Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Must be available to work weekends when needed

Dishwashers:
-Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
-Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps the dish area organized and clutter-free.
-Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
-Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef and other managers as needed.
-Follows sanitation and cleaning procedures.
-Ensures that dishwashers are in working order and reports problems as they arise.
-Assists with closing, including aiding in the sanitation of cooking and food preparation stations.
-Position includes working weekends and weekdays.
