Technology Analyst - Software & Training Administrator

Otter Tail County is accepting applications for a Technology Analyst. The position will be responsible to cross-train in a variety of areas, with the primary job duties being software and training administrator.

The purpose of this position is to perform IT system administration activities, which includes coordinating the configuration, testing, and implementation of networks, operating systems, servers, desktops, and related application software upgrades; applies applicable software patches, fixes, system parameters, and other related items.  Analyzes complex IT problems or information; determines system capacity and recommends system changes; suggests, designs, tests, implements, trains, troubleshoots, and evaluates complex IT solutions.
